Last First Day of Class Ever

So since I have been back in Athens I have been extremely busy... BUT it has been so much fun already.
Monday night I ate Mexican food with some gf's of mine and then later met up with some of my sorority sisters to head downtown... we had a blast bar-hopping and catching up!!!!
Tuesday I woke up and hit up the gym... than ran some errands. Karen got back in town so then I joined her and Erin at a place called Five Star Day for lunch (Laken you would love it). Last night Kate, Jaclyn, Jaclyn's roommate Lindsey, Erin, and I all met up for dinner at East West Bistro. It was great seeing some of my Memphis girls and everyone getting to know each other. Then Liz (sorority sister) and I headed out and over to a friend's house for a bit. Met lots of new and nice people... and some cute guys!!!
Today was the first day of class... and since it is my LAST/SENIOR year... it was my last first day of class ever again. Pretty crazy and scary... the "real-world" is right around the corner and I am not quite ready for it. I only have one MWF class and it is Anthropology of Food. I love the professor so far, and the class has no book, no tests, quizzes, or final exam. And the most interesting aspect of the class so far is what I tried today... I ate a deep-fried salted cricket. It was actually not that bad tasting either... kind of resembles the taste of a pumpkin seed.
This afternoon I am running more errands and then Liz and I are going to go work out. Tonight is Project Runway with the girls (roommates, and Erin and Lauren are coming over) and we are keeping our tradition of treating ourselves to Dairy Queen on the first night of class. So I am excited!!!!! Hope everyone is having a great week thus far, talk to you again soon!!!
P.S. Uncle Pat, I am calling you this weekend, we MUST get together soon... so lets set a date!!!
